Spinach and Feta Cheese Omelet

Quick idea to boost the traditional omelet.

In a hot oiled pan, stir spinach leaves for two minutes.
In a bowl, whisk 2 or 3 eggs and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, …
Cut the feta cheese in small cubes.
Add the eggs and the feta in the pan.

When it is ready, enjoy immediately!
